This course acquaints the student with the proper listing practices for residential real estate. In the course the students will cover: Finding listing opportunities, listing presentations, preparing a market analysis, marketing your listings, listing contracts (including estimating proceeds) and the closing process. All course materials will be provided and are included in the course price.
